SUMMER ACTIVITIES

BEACH

A sandy beach and adequate seating in sun or shade. Enjoy the extra large hammock hanging in the pines on the edge of the water. Mactaquac public beach is a short drive away. The Lazy S Lakehouse offers guests use of our many watercrafts including a canoe, kayaks, paddle boards.

BIKING

The Lazy S Lakehouse offers use of on-site mountain bikes, bring your own helmet to ensure a good fit.

HIKING

The Lazy S Lakehouse offers many kilometers of trails within the property and the Mactaquac Park trail system is only a short drive away for many more kilometers of managed trails.

FIRE PIT

Relax at the beach and watch the sunset over the Lake while enjoying the warmth from our custom firepit. Roast a marshmellow and enjoy a glass of wine as the loons sing and the fish jump all around you.

FISHING

The Mactaquac Arm is home to some mighty smallmouth and largemouth bass, hook into a pickerel, brook trout, chub, perch or catfish. Fishing with bait or lures, sinkers or topwaters, try your luck.

BOATING

The Arm and Headpond is a great place to enjoy some boating. With the Mactquac Marina only 2 km away, you can launch you boat and leave it at the Marina or tether up at the Lazy S dock for the week.
